Join us for the second part of our series on Impressionism–this time as an artist (or muse) instead of a viewer! Let’s gather at the lakeside, perfect for plein air painting and drawing with its beautiful views and lush greenery. Spend the afternoon working on your own art, modeling for others, or just enjoying the good company and lovely scenery.

If you plan on making art, you are encouraged to bring your own supplies. If you do not yet have your own art supplies and would like to purchase some, we recommend checking out The Wasteshed, which has locations in Chicago and Evanston, and is a nonprofit creative reuse center.
